I’m going to take a week-long break from posting to get ready for a new transition in my life.

In one week, I am heading out to Kenya for a year to work with an incredible organization called Lwala Community Alliance. Lwala is leveraging community-led health interventions to scale and transform health systems. Grassroots led changes are the way to go!

I have decided to intentionally step away from social media and other communication platforms once I get there, but I plan to still keep posting weekly blogs! To keep up with the organization, follow their instagram & check out their website for updates : )
